Prospect for new customers, identify and qualify project opportunities with new prospects, leading preparation and delivery of proposal, securing project approval, monitoring project implementation and project close out phases, and adhering to internal territory planning and administrative tasks

Project Managers

Responsible for managing lighting retrofit projects throughout the entire project life cycle including project planning, initiation, execution and closure. Project Managers ensure customers have the best overall level of service to achieve the established goals associated with the scope of work for each project, and they are responsible for the management of the project profitability. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of energy efficiency projects for Energy Service Contractors who have partnered with PSG.  The project goals are to reduce the Customer’s energy spending and upgrade to more modern, energy efficient lighting equipment

Field Supervisors

Continuous communication and interaction with the sub-contractors and customers, will plan and coordinate materials needed, administer and evaluate project plans and requirements, will need to define the scope, goals and deliverables, evaluate and determine staffing needs for each project, assist in putting together project bids, packages and submittals, communicate with customers on logistics and progress, monitor and continually tracks project progress, tasks and deadlines, manage project budget, ensure quality assurance on all projects, manage project changes and interventions, present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions, and evaluate and assess result of project.

Field Installers

Perform all lighting maintenance and/or retrofit work defined by the project scope stated in the Construction Progress document. Primary responsibilities are: Relamping or Retrofitting, Reporting, Taking Direction, and Maintaining Anticipated Attendance.
