SurveyING & Auditing
Commercial lighting audits are crucial to keep projects on-track in terms of timeline and budget. We’re committed to conducting gold-standard audits to ensure that your project runs smoothly.
Errors made by poorly-trained auditors can take projects in the wrong direction, but PSG gets it right the first time. We come prepared with well-trained auditors who identify opportunities and problems early on in the process to ensure a smooth ride for everyone down the line.
We’ll assess your current infrastructure, then interview your facilities team and tenants to understand your lighting needs and the use of the space. We’ll then use sophisticated auditing software to capture granular data and images of all of the lights and controls in the space.
Design & Solution engineering
PSG works hard to create unique designs that are attractive and cost-effective. We’re ready to collaborate with you to find the creative lighting solution that fits your space, taste, and budget.
We’ll communicate with you every step of the way to ensure that your priorities are put first in every design choice - and if your needs change at any time, we’re prepared to handle whatever is thrown our way!
We use AGI software to design the space to meet IES levels. Our auditing software then enables us to provide comprehensive proposals with the outputs you value most - like impact on the environment, energy savings, maintenance savings, rebate potential, and cash flow.
Lighting Proposal
PSG creates accurate and detailed proposals to pave the way for a smoothly-running project. We pay attention to every detail of the building to create a proposal that’s more practical than hypothetical.
Some of our clients have struggled with proposals that lack detail, incorrectly analyze the existing system, or fail to adequately and accurately take into account details such as hours of operation. This limits the usefulness of the proposal because the company presenting the proposal can’t really tell you what they’re getting you into!
We take everything into consideration when planning your lighting upgrade, and work with you individually to create a plan that satisfies your needs.
Installation
Once everyone is in agreement on the best course of action, we execute the plan, performing the complete turnkey solution with experienced electricians and lighting technicians.
Warranty Support
When things go south, we’ve got your back. Our team will advocate for you every step of the way and support you throughout the process. We leverage our strong relationships with manufacturers and our years of industry know-how to get you fast, painless solutions. We document all pre- and post-conditions, as well as provide metering to validate your results when requested.
