Thermal blanketing installation
In addition to energy savings recognized through other PSG solutions, PSG offers cost-effective technologies that further increase the energy efficiency of your building. PSG uses ENRG Blanket, a proprietary phase change technology developed and manufactured by Phase Change Energy Solutions. This no operating cost, long lifetime solution reduces HVAC power consumption by as much as 40% and run time by up to 20%, thereby extending the lifetime of your HVAC equipment. PSG Energy Services will conduct and audit and design to ensure that you are maximizing your energy reductions and recommend that appropriate solution for you.
Lighting Renovations
Building renovations are often larger projects that encompass many aspects of change within your facility. Production lines are added, offices are re-arranged, racks are moved, warehouses are expanded, and in almost every case, the lighting is also affected. Our skilled team can work within renovation projects to advise on the optimal solution to meet the ever changing needs of our clients. Our design team will conduct photometric analyses and layouts to ensure the lighting is adequate for the new space, and provide a clear and complete scope of work and schedule which is executed on by our team in collaboration with the larger renovation project. PSG will ensure on-time start and completion, clean job sites and the flexibility to meet all site needs with on-going communication with other trades and the client.

Intelligent Lighting & HVAC Controls
Adding intelligent controls to your lighting and HVAC infrastructure is a great way to future-proof your investment, and PSG has the expertise and experience to provide those capabilities. Most standard systems today include some type of sensor or control, but intelligent controls take it several steps further. From controlling and monitoring remotely to task-tuning, re-zoning, scheduling, fault identification and optimizing performance, including intelligent controls to your project adds value and capabilities to your lighting and HVAC systems that will pay dividends for years to come. PSG can also advise with any IOT or “Internet of Things” use cases you may have. Some examples of this include smart buildings, space optimization, queueing, predictive maintenance, remote asset control, and artificial intelligence. Your LED lighting will last a very long time – 10+ years – if you don’t take the opportunity to consider intelligent controls and IOT when converting from old lighting technology to LED, it may not ever make financial sense.
